Stress
Stress in itself is not a problem, some people thrive on it. Stress becomes a problem when we feel we can't control it. Stress can have wide ranging affects on emotions, mood and behaviour.
Many of life's demands can cause stress, when you feel stressed it can effect your ability to meet these demands. Common symptoms include anxiety, anger, breathlessness, tiredness or feeling overwhelmed.
Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. Your true sources of stress are not always obvious. If your methods of coping with stress are not contributing to your emotional, physical or mental health, it may be time to replace them with healthier ones.
